Auravana Consulting LLP was established in 2019. The Founder and Managing Partner is Charles Coleman, with over 30 years’ experience within the Food & Drink Sector, Entrepreneurial Start Ups and Consultancy. Business experience includes working for Blue Chip organisations such as Marks & Spencer, Premier Foods, Johnson & Johnson and Nature’s Way Foods as well as 13 years as Founder and Managing Director of Deli Sante Limited, a savoury bakery specialist supplying Waitrose, Ocado, Costco, Aryzta, Brakes, Aldi and Lidl.
