Over a period of 6 months, Auravana Food Consultancy advised on business strategy, renegotiated
customer contracts and backhaul logistics. The main focus was upon developing new
business within the foodservice and retail sectors. This was achieved with new accounts
lined up for a new major UK pub chain and a premier Top 5 retailer prior to the COVID-19
pandemic. In addition, all products were margin reviewed and rationalisations
recommended to deliver overall average margin improvements.
